Beginning Of Everything
Life was pretty ordinary for the Sathe family until two years ago when they heard the news of Udayan Ji's diagnosis. "You have liver failure." Those daunting words from the doctor struck the family like a lightning bolt. What Udayan Ji thought to be a regular thyroid routine check-up turned out to be a nightmare, and since then, Udayan Ji and his family found themselves facing one of the most daunting challenges.
From losing his teaching job due to the pandemic to the physical hurdles that came along with his condition. After multiple consultations, one of the doctors in Mumbai concluded that he required an urgent liver transplant. Udayan Ji's diagnosis came with a long list of complications - he had to go through a liver transplant, and the cost of the procedure was exorbitant. He also had to undergo frequent check-ups and treatments to manage his condition, adding to the financial burden. But Udayan Ji and his family were headstrong in the face of the diagnosis and refused to give up hope.

Alolika Ji - Udayan Ji’s Solace
Difficult times reveal who is truly there for you, and Udayan Ji was blessed with so many people who supported him. As Udayan Ji was fighting the battle of life, Alolika Ji, his wife, stood headstrong beside him.
In Alolika Ji's words, "My sole motive was to see my husband healthy and happy. At that moment, nothing else mattered." Udayan Ji's wife was the pillar of support for him throughout this liver failure battle. When the doctors said that a transplant was required, she did not hesitate once to offer to donate a part of her liver to her husband. Fortunately, they were a match, and she selflessly did her bit to help her husband.
Udayan Ji passed his first hurdle with his family's support and love. With Alolika Ji being his liver donor, Udayan Ji was at ease knowing that he didn't have to wait months and months for a donor. The only hurdle he had to cross was the financial battle, and that's when...
