Important Notes:
- The ImpactGuru platform fee is applicable only on the amount raised, not on the goal amount.
- Accelerate plan charges include an additional platform fee and outreach fee as per actuals (e.g., third-party digital promotion expenses) beyond the Co-Pilot pricing plan.
- ImpactGuru relies on third-party vendors and tools for due diligence and verification of campaigns. This includes content moderation (text and multimedia review), identity authentication, hospital/NGO/beneficiary account verification, and document checks to ensure trust and safety. A due diligence, safety, and administration fee of ₹3,000 + GST, or the selected pricing package (whichever is higher), will be applied to all fundraisers.
- ImpactGuru offers services such as unlimited teleconsultations, discounts on pharmacies and diagnostics, and a claims helpdesk. A fee of ₹2,966 + GST will be charged to the campaign for these services.
- All payments are subject to a 3% payment processing and donor support fee. An additional fee of $0.30 will be charged per international transaction via cards issued in the US. For cards issued outside the US, an additional 1% cross-border fee applies.
- GST of 18% will be charged on the aggregate of payment processing, donor support fees, platform fees, and any other applicable fees.
- The payment processing and donor support fee covers multiple costs associated with secure and seamless transactions on ImpactGuru. These include third-party processor fees (payment gateways, banks, Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Rupay, UPI apps, wallets), fraud prevention, payment health monitoring, dynamic routing, refunds, donor thank-you certificates, and more.
- Customers may opt for value-added services to maximize fundraising outcomes or access healthcare benefits. This may reduce the available funds for the cause or patient and is subject to custom pricing.
- An international wire fee of US $40 + GST will apply per remittance if foreign currency is collected.

- ImpactGuru charges a 0% platform fee* for natural disaster fundraising.
FAQs
With the 0% ImpactGuru Platform Fee, we waive platform charges so you can keep the maximum funds for your cause. As a fundraiser, you pay nothing. To sustain the platform and keep this option free, we ask donors to leave an optional tip. Please note that payment processing, wire transfer, and other third-party fees may still apply.
If you receive international donations, the final credited amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations outside of ImpactGuru’s control. We recommend setting your goal slightly higher to cover potential losses.
For medical cases: directly to the hospital, pharmacy, diagnostic center, or healthcare institution.
For NGOs: directly into the NGO’s domestic and/or FCRA bank accounts.
In exceptional cases, after due diligence, funds may be transferred to the patient or immediate family upon submission of relevant paid bills or similar documents.
The Accelerate program supports individuals unable to manage fundraisers due to limited education, smartphone access, or networks. ImpactGuru maximizes outreach by leveraging multiple fundraising channels in such cases.

Just like hospitals or schools charge fees for their services, we too charge a fee for some plans, as one solution cannot serve all customers. Crowdfunding requires a personalized approach, and our pricing reflects the value and support we deliver.
The Self-Driven plan is ideal for those comfortable managing their fundraiser independently. Our Assisted, Elevate, Co-Pilot, and Accelerate Program plans provide additional services such as personalized support, outreach, and multimedia resources for those who need extra help.
