A Mother’s Gratitude: How ImpactGuru Donors Helped Save My Daughter’s Life

Dear ImpactGuru Donors,

My heart overflows with gratitude as I sit down to write this letter. It is with profound love, gratitude, and hope that I address each one of you who has supported my little warrior, Vaibhavi, on her journey with Thalassemia Major. 

As a mother, my world revolves around my children. When Vaibhavi was diagnosed with Thalassemia Major, it felt like our world came crashing down. She was just a young, innocent soul of seven years, and yet she faced such an immense battle. It was a challenge that we could never have prepared for, but we knew that we had to fight it together as a family.

Our family may not have much material wealth, but we have abundant love and support to share. However, the burden of medical expenses was overwhelming, and it was impossible for us to bear it alone. The cost of treating Thalassemia Major was more than 23 Lakhs - an amount that seemed impossible for us to raise.

In our darkest hour, you, dear donors, came to our rescue like guardian angels. Through the power of Crowdfunding, you showered us with your love and opened a path of hope for Vaibhavi. 

Because of your generosity, we were able to raise sufficient funds for Vaibhavi's life-changing surgery. Words cannot express the overwhelming joy and relief we felt when we realized that our little girl would get a chance at a healthier future, thanks to all of you.

Vaibhavi's surgery was a success, and she is now on her way to recovery. She braved such a major disease at such a young age. How could I describe her courage with mere adjectives? Watching her throughout this ordeal has been both heart-wrenching and inspiring. I saw my daughter go through one of the darkest days of her life, and yet she never gave up. 

Today, as I see her smile again, my heart fills with joy and gratitude. Your support not only gave her a chance at life, but it also gave our family hope for a brighter tomorrow.
