Like Michael Scott from The Office, we have our own Dwights and Jims (who are there for you despite the trouble of getting up in the mornings!). We have the office corner where we discuss the absurdity of mondays, the hope for free cake on birthdays and of course, the possibilities of endless naps on holidays. We have quite a few employees who are talented even beyond their field of expertise. On Diwali 2021, we made sure that everyone knows this! Here are some stills when several employees walked the ramp and spoke in that one well-known language that is… fashion.

Fashion Show 2021 - Singers take over 

Meet the ‘Andy Bernards’ of our office! And they are incomplete without the occasional duet!!! Our Andys rap and beatbox to novel tunes during any office celebrations.

All in all, ImpactGuru is fun and games until the deadline is tomorrow! But fear not, we appreciate those who manage to make it right before! At ImpactGuru, there are teams who have fun transcending boundaries and targets. None stands as a barrier to them in company-wide competitions. (Psst! We are especially talking about the Business Development Team from Mumbai.)

Oh and this is not it… 

Our mission statement of affordable healthcare for all is for everyone, our employees included. All the employees of the company are insured through Plum Insurance. We have also organized weekend fitness classes - Well-being sessions for all, how about that?! And as I write this, I have just filled out a form for a gift with my face on it! How exciting!

Crowdfunding is for all

Our crowdfunding platforms have helped ImpactGuru employees raise money for their own causes. For instance, our senior content manager, Nisha, started a crowdfunding campaign on her birthday last year. She raised funds required to help children at an orphanage of her choice. 

Another fundraiser was started for a cat by our co-workers, whom we address as Tabby a.k.a. Shirley, sometimes Motu, and some people even call him Stripy! When the cat met with an accident, several employees made sure that she was treated at the best hospital. The employees at ImpactGuru started a fundraiser to help with the treatment expenses. So as a whole, we believe in what we do!

1. Public Relations Team 

“The work from home policy for the company was implemented much before the country went into a lockdown state for the safety of the employees. All the teams were very supportive of each other and were available just a call away. The workflow became more smooth when we returned to the office as everyone found familiar faces and motivation around to work with. Even after a gap of months from working from home and not meeting with any of the office colleagues the comfort still remained the same when we resumed working which was a very unique thing to find.”

2. Social Media Team 

“I started a new job amidst the pandemic and it was overwhelming. Working from home was challenging and comforting at the same time. I was happy to be a part of a social media team that saved lives every day. Now that people have resumed to the ‘new normal,’ going back to the office is a change I’ve been thoroughly loving! From brainstorming ideas together to our evening chai time, THIS is exactly what I needed! I have a better chance of growing when my team initiates, discusses and executes together. To be a part of a company where people are making an impact every day is an absolute honor!” 

3. Trust And Safety Team

“Honestly, I have become much more aware of the environment, my daily routine and lifestyles and how I can improve it. We have (also) started focusing on our physical and mental well-being to ward off this virus. It has changed our perspective that now, we listen to each other’s concerns, whether work-related or private, without judgment and offer to help each other.”
