Because we do not have the bandwidth (we’re busy writing stories for our favourite NGOs, ya’ll) to cover all the positive aspects of working at this crowdfunding platform, we have listed the ten best ones. Birthday leaves 




This recently introduced leave policy does not affect your annual leave at all as this is a bonus for everyone. We feel sorry for the people whose birthday falls on either a Sunday or on a public holiday. We cannot help you. But the others can enjoy another year of getting older. 


Paternity leaves 




Mummas, you can now have pappa by your side with a full paid leave of absence. The paternity leave applies to any permanent employee who is a new dad. Moreover, it’s double dhamaka for couples from ImpactGuru, because both earn paid leave and can give all their attention to the little one.

Yes, we literally own the company, while previously in our imagination and now in stocks. After two attempts of explanation by our CEO Piyush Jain and a quick google search, we finally know what ESOPS or employee stock ownership plans are. We can now opt to own shares of stock. Insurance 




We are not only creating innovative technology and finance solutions to empower Indians to raise funds for medical emergencies and critical illnesses and also raise funds for a range of social and personal causes but we have also been vocal about our mission statement - Affordable Healthcare For All as this applies to our employees too. The employee insurance policy for all departments is a boon at this age and time when healthcare is the need of the hour. ImpactGuru has tied up with Plum Insurance and has a complete online procedure for making claims. Besides that, Plum also provides wellness and fitness sessions for all its members. 


Events & occasions 




Diwali, Christmas, Holi, and Ramadan are a few of the days each year we make sure to dress our best and showcase our talent to our fellow office mates. Competitions such as fashion shows, Mr and Ms ImpactGuru, Rangoli, and glass painting bring teams together as they scramble with limited hours as they have a lot to showcase. ImpactGuru is all for fueling and finding new talents beyond work hours. Apart from in-office events, there are trips to the countryside. We are counting down the days for June 18th, 2022 (for the off-site picnic, ya’ll!).

Our HR team is always on the lookout to reward the company’s beloved employees for the hard work they put in. Code of conduct 




We encourage flexibility and our timings reflect that. If you do become an employee of the company, you can walk in anytime between 9 am to 11 am and complete nine hours of your shift. Moreover, you get two breaks in between! As comfortable as our timings are, you can also dress down on occasions. Smart casuals are the way to go for the office on most days (except for those meetings with our benefactors). 


Not just corporate!




ImpactGuru emphasizes the importance of co-existing with nature. Our CSR activities include beach cleaning and other clean up drives. The employees engaged in cleaning the Versova beach on a serene Saturday morning. In 2021, ImpactGuru provided a day’s worth of meals to the needy. 


Keeping fit 




ImpactGuru employees often enjoy a day outdoors. But this time, we took it a step further by organizing a tournament. Four teams, countless cheers and heavy sweating later, we present to you IGFL! If you are someone who wishes to sweat it out too, this is the perfect place for you. Not only football, but you can play cricket and badminton (work in progress) with your co-employees and, sometimes, the senior management team.
