The Impact Guru Fellowship is an opportunity to hone leadership skills and get wider exposure to the domestic and international market. We will not only help you be part of our strategy and expose you to our experienced management team but also motivate and guide you each day, exposing you to different categories of crowdfunding. The Fellowship is carefully designed to empower students and young adults just like you, to be the change makers of tomorrow, by creating stellar fundraisers, associating with innovative NGOs, start-up ideas and social enterprises and harnessing the power of the internet.

So if you are hardworking, motivated, self-driven and hold an MBA / MPP / MPA / MPA-ID or an undergrad degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or Engineering we urge you to apply. Fellows can work with us for 2 to 6 months.

We are currently accepting applications for the second batch of fellows until June 30, 2016! While we prefer you work with us in Mumbai, we will consider candidates with exceptional backgrounds and circumstances to work online from his/her country.

Here’s what your responsibilities will look like:

  1. Strategy: Create growth, innovation, and market expansion strategies and plans
  2. Business Case: Build financial model to evaluate sustainability of venture, develop fundraising strategy
  3. Governance: Help set up best in class governance to align financial/social incentives to maximize impact for the non-profit and for-profit arms of the venture
  4. Social Impact Assessment: Assess the social impact of the venture and create action plan to improve it
  5. Marketing and Public Relations: Support events planning, social media, donor acquisition efforts
  6. Research: Publish articles, blog posts, on fundraising trends, issues, and solutions in emerging markets

Each fellow will be assigned tasks based on his/her interest areas through mutual agreement. Since we are just starting up, a stipend maybe available only for a limited number of fellows, so most Fellows will need to arrange funding on their own.
