Job Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of, or drive to learn the ins and outs Search, Social and Native
  • Find new and effective paid marketing channels
  • Executing tests and strategic plans end-to-end
  • Reporting, analysing, and providing action able insights for internal teams
  • Create / optimize landing pages for conversion
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and campaigns
  • Increase Traffic, and Conversions
  • Increase the number of Fundraising Campaigns on the Website
  • Keep a track of various Audiences and their performance
  • Generate Lead Acquisition
  • ROI Driven Paid Customer Acquisition
Requirements
  • Should be currently or previously pursuing a degree in business or marketing
  • Experience- 2-5 years in Digital Marketing
  • Should be very conversant with Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Taboola & Columbia native advertising
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Logical, analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools
  • Organized and excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Good with all bidding strategies PPC, CPA etc
  • Deep understanding of Audience Behaviour and Audience reception
