Settlement Executive - Finance

Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Calculation of fund settlements of fundraisers
  • Fund transfer of international and domestic donations
  • Verifying international transactions via emails
  • Resolve customer complaints & queries related to fund settlements
  • Resolve disputes and chargebacks raised on donations
  • Daily risk analysis of international transactions
  • Maintain various trackers and reports
  • Any other task which management deems fit
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of MIS office with skill in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Dynamic and able to take initiatives
  • Ability to multitask
  • Time management skills
  • Must have ability to work independently as well as in team
  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Total Experience: 1 to 3 years.
