My name is Lal Pratulendra Pratap Singh, and I’m raising funds for my brother, Lal Achalendra Pratap Singh, who is currently in critical condition at Apollomedics Super Speciality Hospital, Lucknow.

Achalendra is 28 years old and has been working as a Senior Security Executive at Akasa Air for the past two years. He’s a vibrant and multi-talented individual who loves playing musical instruments, enjoys various sports, and is passionate about travelling and trying local cuisines. He’s someone who truly lives life with energy and curiosity.

On 13th June 2025, Achalendra experienced sudden weakness on the left side of his body and facial deviation. He was rushed to the hospital, where scans revealed a serious brain haemorrhage with midline shift and swelling. He was immediately admitted to the ICU and kept under observation.

Despite initial treatment, his condition deteriorated. On 26th June, he became unresponsive and was placed on a ventilator. Doctors performed an emergency Decompressive Craniectomy to relieve pressure on his brain and stabilise his condition.

He is currently on mechanical ventilator support in the ICU. He continues to show signs of weakness on his left side, and a tracheostomy is planned to assist with long-term airway support. The road to recovery is expected to be long and medically intensive.

Doctors have estimated that the total cost of his treatment could exceed ₹20 lakhs, depending on how his condition progresses. As a family, we are doing everything we can, but we are unable to bear the full financial burden on our own.

13 जून 2025 को, अचलेंद्र को शरीर के बाईं ओर अचानक कमजोरी और चेहरे का विचलन महसूस हुआ। उन्हें तुरंत अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहाँ स्कैन में मध्य रेखा में बदलाव और सूजन के साथ गंभीर ब्रेन हैमरेज का पता चला। उन्हें तुरंत आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया और निगरानी में रखा गया।

प्रारंभिक उपचार के बावजूद, उनकी हालत बिगड़ती गई। 26 जून को, उन्होंने प्रतिक्रिया देना बंद कर दिया और उन्हें वेंटिलेटर पर रखा गया। डॉक्टरों ने उनके मस्तिष्क पर दबाव कम करने और उनकी स्थिति को स्थिर करने के लिए आपातकालीन डिकम्प्रेसिव क्रेनिएक्टोमी की।

वह वर्तमान में आईसीयू में मैकेनिकल वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट पर हैं। उनके बाएँ हिस्से में कमज़ोरी के लक्षण दिखाई दे रहे हैं, और लंबे समय तक वायुमार्ग सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए ट्रेकियोस्टोमी की योजना बनाई गई है। उनके ठीक होने का रास्ता लंबा और चिकित्सकीय रूप से गहन होने की उम्मीद है।

डॉक्टरों ने अनुमान लगाया है कि उनकी स्थिति की प्रगति के आधार पर, उनके इलाज का कुल खर्च ₹20 लाख से अधिक हो सकता है। एक परिवार के रूप में, हम हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं, लेकिन हम अकेले पूरा वित्तीय बोझ उठाने में असमर्थ हैं।
