The role is a full time role based out of PAN India

What will you do during the fellowship?

• Play an active role to support the business development function to ensure the growth of the startup
• Onboard new nonprofits, help nonprofits create campaigns and identify attractive programs for fundraising
• Onboard Medical NGOs, trusts to refer patient to receive fundraising assistance
• Counselling Medical Cases & NGO leads and encouraging them to use the platform effectively
• Use analytical skills to analysis data and interpretation
• Data base maintaining of Hospitals, Patients, NGOs, Donors, HNI’s, CSR Companies etc.
• Conduct research, company and/or industry experts’ interview, survey and/or on-site visit, and market and competitive analysis
• Participate in creation of customer surveys & feedbacks
• Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators under medical fundraising, nonprofits fundraising & social fundraising
• Organize and attend meetings with Hospitals, Patients & NGOs to provide guidance to make the campaign successful.
• Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed
• Onboard Hospitals for collaboration with Impact Guru
• Developing on CSR & HNI Engagements
• Developing partnerships with corporates, ecommerce platforms
• Lead Generation through social media, hospital, trusts, NGOs etc.
• Lead generation through On field visits
• Lead sourcing from rural / remote India (extremely unique cases)
• Extensive competitor analysis & benchmarking
• International Donor Benchmarking & Donor Management
• Donor Acquisition both domestic and international
• Ideation and Implementation of donor retention strategies and donor delight strategies
• Competitor donor analysis & benchmarking
• Strategize employee engagement fundraising
• Candidates with exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work on content creation

Who holds the eligibility to Participate?

• Anyone with Minimum age to apply is 21 years & above
• Ready for Minimum 6 months - 1 year of commitment
• Candidate must preferably be a graduate or postgraduate. Undergraduate students or fresh graduates may also apply
• Extreme level of flexibility and adaptability to new tasks & environments
• Must have the Ability to multitask
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Impeccable written & oral communication skills in English & Local Language
• Responsible, Capable & has ability to work independently
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft tools (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Basic Analytical skill will be added bonus
• Basic Understanding of what we do at Impact Guru
• The profile of the fellow may vary from candidate to candidate
