Help My Father Walk Again – A Son’s Plea for His Hero

My name is Avinash Singh, and I’m reaching out to you with a hopeful heart and a humble request. I am raising funds for my father, Vijay Shankar Singh, who is in urgent need of knee surgery.

For as long as I can remember, my father has been a pillar of strength for our family, for friends, and for anyone in need. He spent his life working hard, often ignoring his own health to make sure we never lacked anything. But today, he is in constant pain.

His knees have deteriorated to the point where even simple movements cause unbearable agony. Walking, sitting, or even standing for a few minutes has become a struggle.

He is currently undergoing treatment at the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad, where doctors have recommended immediate surgery to restore mobility and prevent further complications.

We have already spent ₹2 lakhs on diagnostics, consultations, and medications. But we now need ₹1 lakh to complete the surgery and postoperative care — an amount we simply cannot afford. We’ve exhausted our savings and are now at a stage where your support can truly make the difference between pain and relief, between helplessness and hope.

I’m reaching out not just as a son, but as someone who’s watched his father suffer in silence for far too long. I want to see him walk without pain, smile without hiding his discomfort, and live the dignified life he deserves after years of sacrifice.

वर्तमान में उनका इलाज एशियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज़, फरीदाबाद में चल रहा है, जहाँ डॉक्टरों ने तत्काल सर्जरी की सलाह दी है ताकि उनका चलना-फिरना सामान्य हो सके और आगे की जटिलताओं से बचा जा सके।

अब तक हम ₹2 लाख रुपये टेस्ट, दवाइयों और सलाह-मशवरे में खर्च कर चुके हैं। लेकिन अब ₹1 लाख रुपये और चाहिए ताकि सर्जरी और उसके बाद की देखभाल पूरी हो सके। हमने अपनी सारी जमा पूंजी खर्च कर दी है और अब इस मुश्किल घड़ी में हमें आप जैसे संवेदनशील लोगों की मदद की ज़रूरत है।

मैं यह अपील सिर्फ एक बेटे के रूप में नहीं कर रहा, बल्कि एक ऐसे इंसान के रूप में कर रहा हूँ जिसने अपने पिता को चुपचाप तकलीफ़ें सहते देखा है। मैं उन्हें फिर से बिना दर्द के चलते हुए देखना चाहता हूँ, एक ऐसा जीवन जीते हुए देखना चाहता हूँ जिसके वे सच में हकदार हैं।
