My name is Sivadarshini Murugesan Konar, and I am raising funds for my father, Murugesan S Konar, who is suffering from severe diabetes. He has been living with diabetes for the past 19 years, and his condition has now become very serious.

About 20 days ago, my father developed a small pimple on his right leg. We initially took him to our family doctor, but instead of healing, his leg became badly swollen. Due to the worsening condition, we admitted him to Prashanti Nursing Home, Santacruz Kalina. After medical examinations, doctors informed us that he has a severe blood clot in his leg and needs urgent surgery.

Because of the seriousness of his condition, we were advised to shift him to S L Raheja Fortis Hospital, Mumbai, for advanced treatment and surgery. This sudden medical emergency has placed a heavy financial burden on our family.

So far, we have spent ₹70,000 on hospital visits, tests, and initial treatment. Unfortunately, no one in our family is currently working, and we do not have a steady source of income. The doctors have estimated that the total cost of treatment will be around ₹5,00,000, which is far beyond what we can afford.

We are unable to arrange such a large amount on our own, and without timely treatment, my father’s condition could worsen further. As a daughter, it is extremely painful to see my father suffer and feel helpless due to financial constraints.
