My name is Shilpa N, and today I write to you with a heavy heart, seeking your support to save the life of my beloved husband, Santhosh K. He has recently suffered a Stroke (Brain Attack), a condition that has completely shaken our family and turned our lives upside down.

Santhosh is currently undergoing critical treatment at SPARSH Hospital, Yeshwanthpur, where the doctors are doing everything they can to stabilize him and give him a chance at recovery. A stroke is a medical emergency that requires immediate and continuous medical attention. Every passing hour is crucial, and without proper care, the chances of long-term recovery become even harder.

Unfortunately, the treatment cost is estimated to be ₹12,50,000 – an amount far beyond our financial capacity. We are a simple family, and such a huge sum is impossible for us to arrange on our own. In the past days, we have already spent everything we had – our savings, borrowed money, and all that we could manage. Yet, the medical bills continue to mount, and the required treatment cannot be paused or delayed.

It is extremely painful for me as a wife to see my husband lying helpless in the hospital bed, fighting for his life, while I am unable to provide him with the financial support he desperately needs. The thought of losing him because of money breaks my heart completely./

ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ಎನ್, ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದು ನಾನು ತುಂಬಾ ಭಾರವಾದ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಗಂಡ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಕೆ ಅವರ ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಟ್ರೋಕ್ (ಮಸ್ತಿಷ್ಕಾಘಾತ) ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಡುಗಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ತಲೆಕೆಳಗಾಗಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಎಸ್‌ಪಾರ್ಶ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಯಶವಂತಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವೈದ್ಯರು ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಲು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಟ್ರೋಕ್ ಒಂದು ತುರ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯೂ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ, ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ದುರದೃಷ್ಟವಶಾತ್, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ವೆಚ್ಚವು ಸುಮಾರು ₹12,50,000 ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ – ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ತುಂಬಾ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಸರಳ ಕುಟುಂಬವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತವಾಗಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು – ನಮ್ಮ ಉಳಿತಾಯ, ಸಾಲ, ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು – ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳು ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

ನಾನು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೆಂದು ನನ್ನ ಗಂಡನನ್ನು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಜೀವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದು ನನ್ನಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ನೋವು ತಂದಿದೆ. ಹಣದ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಭಯ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ನಾನು ಇಂದು ಕೈಮುಗಿದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಯೆ, ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವುವನ್ನು ಕೋರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸಹಾಯವೂ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಚಿಕ್ಕದಾದರೂ, ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳು, ಐಸಿಯು ಕಾಳಜಿ, ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚೇತರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮಯೋಚಿತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ದೊರೆತು, ಅವರು ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಜೀವಂತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
