My name is Premchand N, and I am reaching out to you with a humble heart, seeking support for my treatment. I have been diagnosed with Rectal Carcinoma, also known as rectal cancer. This type of cancer begins in the rectum, which is the last part of the large intestine. It has completely changed my life and pushed me and my family into a very difficult situation.

I have been battling this condition for some time now, going through painful treatments, hospital visits, and emotional struggles. The doctors have now advised that I must immediately undergo multiple sessions of chemotherapy to stop the cancer from spreading and to give me a fighting chance to recover.

अब तक, मेरे उपचार पर लगभग ₹12,50,000 खर्च हो चुके हैं। मेरी सारी बचत खत्म हो चुकी है और मैंने यह खर्च पूरी करने के लिए दोस्तों और परिवार से उधार लिया है। हमारी सारी कोशिशों के बावजूद, आगामी उपचार और चिकित्सा खर्चों के लिए हमें अभी भी ₹20,00,000 की आवश्यकता है।
