My name is Dr Purnananda, and I am reaching out with a request to help my daughter, Ms Akanksha Konwar, who has been diagnosed with a brain tumour (Craniopharyngioma). This condition has put her life at serious risk, and doctors have urgently advised brain surgery as the next step in her treatment.
Akanksha is currently admitted to Fortis Memorial Hospital, Gurgaon, under close medical supervision. She is scheduled to undergo neuronavigation-guided excision of the tumour on 15th October 2025. The surgery is crucial and cannot be delayed.
Since her diagnosis on 26th September 2025, Akanksha has been suffering from severe migraines and hormonal imbalance, caused by the tumour’s location near the pituitary gland.
