We’ve grown up together, sharing laughs, fights, and memories that shaped our childhood. No matter how much we argued, our bond remained strong. Monisha has always been the heart of our family. Her laughter lit up every room. But today, I miss that smile more than anything, because she is now fighting for her life.

My name is Bharath, and my sister Monisha has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, a serious and life-threatening condition.

For the past eight years, she has silently battled this illness. What started as occasional discomfort has now turned into something far more severe. Every day, she suffers from bloating, vomiting, and high fever. Her energy has drained, and the once cheerful sparkle in her eyes has dimmed. After seeing no signs of improvement, she was recently admitted to Aster RV Hospital, Bengaluru.

Doctors have prescribed strong antibiotics and ongoing treatment, but they have made it clear, a liver transplant is the only way to help Monisha.

I am the only working member in our family, and the cost of the transplant and post-surgery care is far beyond what I can manage alone. We are doing everything we can, but it’s not enough. Without timely help, Monisha won't be able to get the treatment. 

Monisha deserves a second chance at life. She deserves to smile again, to live a life free of pain and fear. But for that, we need your help.
