My name is Shahbaz Khan, and I am reaching out with deep concern and hope to seek your support for my close friend, Jasim Husain Patel, who is currently fighting for recovery after a severe and unexpected accident. On 7th December 2025, Jasim met with a serious accident that resulted in a traumatic abdominal injury. What should have been a normal day turned into a life-altering crisis for him and his family.

Due to the severity of the injury, doctors have advised immediate and critical surgical intervention, followed by continuous medical care to prevent further complications. Jasim is currently undergoing treatment at Elixer Metro City Hospital, Nagpur, where a dedicated medical team is working tirelessly to stabilize his condition and help him heal.

So far, we have already spent ₹3,50,000 on emergency treatment, investigations, medications, and hospital care. However, the doctors have estimated that an additional ₹3,00,000 is required to proceed with the necessary surgery and post-operative care.

Unfortunately, arranging such a large amount is beyond our financial capacity. Despite exhausting savings and exploring every possible option, we are struggling to meet these overwhelming medical expenses.

Jasim is a kind-hearted, hardworking individual and a beloved friend who has always been there for others in times of need. Seeing him lie in a hospital bed, battling pain and uncertainty, is heartbreaking. Our only wish is to see him recover fully and return to a healthy, normal life.

चोट की गंभीरता को देखते हुए, डॉक्टरों ने तुरंत और अत्यंत आवश्यक सर्जरी की सलाह दी है, साथ ही आगे की जटिलताओं से बचाने के लिए निरंतर चिकित्सा देखभाल की आवश्यकता बताई है। जसीम इस समय एलिक्सिर मेट्रो सिटी हॉस्पिटल, नागपुर में इलाज करा रहे हैं, जहाँ एक समर्पित मेडिकल टीम उनकी स्थिति को स्थिर करने और उन्हें स्वस्थ करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है।

अब तक हम आपातकालीन इलाज, जाँच, दवाइयों और अस्पताल खर्चों पर ₹3,50,000 खर्च कर चुके हैं। हालांकि, डॉक्टरों के अनुसार आवश्यक सर्जरी और ऑपरेशन के बाद की देखभाल के लिए अभी ₹3,00,000 और चाहिए।

दुर्भाग्यवश, इतनी बड़ी राशि की व्यवस्था करना हमारी आर्थिक क्षमता से बाहर है। अपनी सारी बचत खर्च करने और हर संभव विकल्प तलाशने के बावजूद, इन भारी चिकित्सा खर्चों को वहन करना हमारे लिए बेहद मुश्किल हो गया है।

जसीम एक दयालु, मेहनती इंसान और प्रिय मित्र हैं, जो हमेशा दूसरों की मदद के लिए आगे रहते हैं। उन्हें अस्पताल के बिस्तर पर दर्द और अनिश्चितता से जूझते देखना दिल तोड़ने वाला है। हमारी एकमात्र इच्छा है कि वह पूरी तरह स्वस्थ होकर सामान्य जीवन में लौट सकें।
