I could never imagine a world without him. Ramesh has been my pillar of support throughout our marriage and the birth of our son. The sole earner for our family and someone who puts effort into making ends meet for us. His sacrifices have been an inspiration but now I watch him suffer. At Dr Rela Institute And Medical Center, Chennai, our lives hit an unexpected turn when the doctors gave us the news in September 2025. “Liver cirrhosis,” they said. It is a serious, progressive liver disease where healthy tissue is replaced by irreversible scar tissue, impairing its ability to function. Now, it has been more than 5 months of him fighting. He faces multiple infections due to the disease as well.

The doctors have advised the transplant needs to be done immediately and currently, no donor has been found.
