My name is Nidhi Gwalani, and I am reaching out with a humble request to seek help for my newborn baby boy. Our son arrived far too early — at just 24 weeks of pregnancy — and since his birth on 5th October, he has been courageously fighting for his life in the NICU at Chirayu Children Hospital, Navi Mumbai.
Because he was born extremely premature, our little one is facing several serious health complications, including Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), Hypoglycaemia, Anaemia, and Clinical Sepsis. He is also undergoing CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy to help him breathe, and has needed Phototherapy for jaundice. Every single day is a battle for him, but our tiny warrior continues to fight with incredible strength and courage.
As parents, it breaks our hearts to see our baby surrounded by tubes and machines instead of being in our arms. The doctors and nurses are doing everything possible to save him, but his treatment is long, critical, and very expensive. So far, we have already spent over Rs. 15,00,000 on his medical care, exhausting all our savings and borrowing as much as we could. However, the doctors have informed us that his treatment will require another Rs. 15,00,000 to continue his NICU stay and ensure his recovery.
We are doing everything we can, but we are now at a point where we cannot manage the costs alone. We are pleading for your support to help us continue his treatment. Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a big difference and give our baby another chance at life.

क्योंकि वह अत्यधिक समयपूर्व जन्मा है, उसे कई गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिनमें रेस्पिरेटरी डिस्ट्रेस सिंड्रोम (RDS), हाइपोग्लाइसीमिया, एनीमिया, और क्लिनिकल सेप्सिस शामिल हैं। उसे सांस लेने में मदद के लिए CPAP (कंटीन्यूअस पॉज़िटिव एयरवे प्रेशर) थेरेपी दी जा रही है और पीलिया के इलाज के लिए फोटोथैरेपी की जा रही है। हर दिन उसके लिए एक नई जंग है, लेकिन हमारा यह नन्हा योद्धा हिम्मत और साहस के साथ लड़ता जा रहा है।
माता-पिता होने के नाते, अपने बच्चे को तारों और मशीनों से घिरा हुआ देखना हमारे लिए बेहद दर्दनाक है। डॉक्टर और नर्सें उसकी जान बचाने के लिए पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उसका इलाज लंबा, जटिल और बहुत महंगा है। अब तक हम उसके इलाज पर 15 लाख रुपये से अधिक खर्च कर चुके हैं, जिससे हमारी सारी बचत खत्म हो गई है और हमने उधार भी लेना पड़ा है। डॉक्टरों ने बताया है कि उसके इलाज के लिए अभी और Rs. 15,00,000 की आवश्यकता होगी ताकि उसका NICU में इलाज जारी रखा जा सके और उसे स्वस्थ किया जा सके।
हम अपनी पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं, लेकिन अब हम अकेले इस खर्च को संभालने में असमर्थ हैं। इसलिए, हम आपसे निवेदन करते हैं कि कृपया हमारे बच्चे के इलाज में हमारी मदद करें। आपकी थोड़ी-सी भी सहायता या दान हमारे बेटे की ज़िंदगी बचाने में बड़ा योगदान दे सकती है।
