Hi, I’m Abhishek, Abhinav’s brother.
Abhinav is one of the most humble and genuine souls. We’ve shared countless beautiful memories since we were kids, and I never imagined I’d see him in a situation like this. He faces fluid accumulation in his stomach and a low platelet count.
Abhinav has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Over the past few months, I’ve seen his health decline quickly. He’s constantly tired, has lost a lot of weight, and his skin and eyes have turned yellow. His stomach is swollen, and he’s in discomfort almost all the time.
Abhinav was always active and independent, but now even simple things like walking or eating have become difficult for him. It’s hard to watch someone you love go through this.
Now, he’s been admitted to Indu Medical Centre, Lucknow, where doctors have said that a liver transplant is his only chance to survive.

अभिनव सबसे विनम्र और सच्चे लोगों में से एक है। बचपन से ही हमारे बीच अनगिनत खूबसूरत यादें जुड़ी हैं, और मैंने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था कि मैं उसे ऐसी स्थिति में देखूँगा।
अभिनव को लिवर सिरोसिस का पता चला है। पिछले कुछ महीनों में, मैंने उसकी सेहत में तेज़ी से गिरावट देखी है। वह लगातार थका हुआ रहता है, उसका वज़न काफ़ी कम हो गया है, और उसकी त्वचा और आँखें पीली पड़ गई हैं। उसका पेट सूज गया है, और वह लगभग हर समय बेचैनी महसूस करता है।
अभिनव हमेशा से ही सक्रिय और स्वतंत्र था, लेकिन अब उसके लिए चलना या खाना जैसी छोटी-छोटी चीज़ें भी मुश्किल हो गई हैं। किसी अपने को इस स्थिति से गुज़रते देखना बहुत मुश्किल होता है।
अब, उसे लखनऊ के इंदु मेडिकल सेंटर में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहाँ डॉक्टरों ने कहा है कि लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट ही उसके बचने का एकमात्र रास्ता है।
