It’s always just been my wife, Ashwini and I. We were ecstatic to have an addition to our family when my wife told me that she was pregnant. But our little angel came into this world too soon.
The 19th of July 2025 was a significant day in our lives. It marks the emergency birth of our angel at just 35 weeks. She struggled to breathe and weighed extremely low, just 940 grams. Her doctors at Surya Hospitals in Mumbai said to us, “She is small for her gestational age and has respiratory distress syndrome as well.”
My baby is now just 2 weeks old but was born facing IUGR which stands for Intrauterine Growth Restriction- a condition where a fetus isn't growing at the expected rate during pregnancy, resulting in a baby that is smaller than normal for its gestational age.

How can my baby heal?
Now on ventilator support and in need of IV fluids and antibiotics, my little angel needs 6 weeks of NICU stay to grow healthy. Her tiny body needs the strength to gain nutrition and weight as well.
I am the only earning member of my family. Since my wife has needed more than 2 lakh rupees for her recovery and 50 thousand rupees for my baby’s treatment so far, we need your support for our baby’s recovery ahead.
We have even sought help from family members and taken loans but my angel needs lakhs to recover.
