My name is M. Sambi Reddy, and I am a father fighting the most difficult battle of my life — to save my 9-year-old daughter, Jitheesha. On 5th November 2024, she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Despite undergoing treatment with immense courage, her condition has now progressed and has been diagnosed as Relapse/Refractory B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (High-Risk) — an aggressive and life-threatening form of blood cancer.

Jitheesha is a bright 4th-grade student, full of energy and dreams. She loves sports and dance and has always been an active and joyful child. Watching her endure this painful journey with strength beyond her years has been heartbreaking, yet deeply inspiring.

She is currently undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospitals, Kondapur, where doctors have recommended urgent advanced treatment:

Blinatumomab Immunotherapy for 6 weeks

Followed by a Haploidentical Bone Marrow Transplantation (expected duration 4–6 weeks)

This treatment gives her a genuine chance at recovery and a healthy future.

So far, we have spent ₹50 Lakhs on her treatment by selling our property, exhausting our savings, and taking loans. We have done everything within our capacity. However, the upcoming treatment requires an additional ₹70 Lakhs, which is beyond what we can manage alone.

జితీషా 4వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న తెలివైన విద్యార్థిని. ఆమెకు క్రీడలు, నృత్యం అంటే చాలా ఇష్టం. ఎప్పుడూ ఉత్సాహంగా, ఆనందంగా ఉండే మా చిన్నారి ఈ కష్టమైన ప్రయాణాన్ని తన వయస్సుకు మించిన ధైర్యంతో ఎదుర్కొంటుండటం ఒకవైపు హృదయ విదారకం, మరోవైపు ప్రేరణనిచ్చేదిగా ఉంది.

ప్రస్తుతం ఆమె కిమ్స్ హాస్పిటల్స్, కొండాపూర్ లో చికిత్స పొందుతోంది. వైద్యులు అత్యవసరంగా ఈ క్రింది అధునాతన చికిత్సను సూచించారు:

• 6 వారాల పాటు బ్లినాటుమొమాబ్ ఇమ్యునోథెరపీ
• అనంతరం హ్యాప్లోఐడెంటికల్ బోన్ మారో ట్రాన్స్‌ప్లాంటేషన్ (సుమారు 4–6 వారాలు)

ఈ చికిత్స ఆమెకు పూర్తిస్థాయి కోలుకునే అవకాశాన్ని మరియు ఆరోగ్యకరమైన భవిష్యత్తును ఇస్తుంది.
