For the past few years, my life has been a battle against pain, immobility, and uncertainty. I have been diagnosed with Spinal Cord Injury and Ankylosing Spondylitis, conditions that have taken away my ability to live a normal life. The pain is relentless, and every day is a struggle, but I refuse to give up.
I am currently undergoing treatment at the Institute of Neuroscience, Kolkata, where doctors are doing their best to help me regain some quality of life. But the cost of my treatment has been overwhelming. So far, I have spent ₹18 lakhs, exhausting every financial resource available. Now, I need ₹7.5 lakhs more to continue my treatment, but I simply do not have the means to afford it.
It is heartbreaking to feel trapped in a body that no longer listens, to watch dreams fade because of something beyond my control. I long for a day when I can move without excruciating pain, when I don’t have to rely on others for basic tasks, when I can reclaim my independence. But that day will never come without your help.

इस समय मैं कोलकाता के इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ न्यूरोसाइंस में इलाज करवा रहा हूँ, जहां डॉक्टर मेरी स्थिति में सुधार लाने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं। लेकिन इस उपचार की लागत बहुत अधिक है। अब तक मैं अपनी सारी जमा पूंजी खर्च कर चुका हूँ—₹18 लाख से अधिक खर्च हो चुके हैं। अब ₹7.5 लाख और चाहिए, लेकिन मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति इतनी मजबूत नहीं है कि मैं इस इलाज को जारी रख सकूँ।
यह बहुत तकलीफदेह है कि मेरा शरीर मेरा साथ नहीं दे रहा, मेरे सपने धीरे-धीरे धुंधले हो रहे हैं, और मैं बेबस महसूस कर रहा हूँ। मैं उस दिन के लिए तरस रहा हूँ जब मैं बिना असहनीय दर्द के चल-फिर सकूँ, जब मैं दूसरों पर निर्भर न रहूँ, जब मैं अपनी ज़िंदगी फिर से अपने हाथों में ले सकूँ। लेकिन यह दिन कभी नहीं आएगा, अगर मुझे सही समय पर उपचार नहीं मिला।
