My name is Shudip Mahato, and I am here to save my 3-month-old daughter, Yuvika Mahato. She has been diagnosed with a severe liver condition that requires an urgent liver transplant. हर दिन युविका के लिए एक जंग जैसा होता है। उसका नन्हा शरीर इस बीमारी से लड़ते हुए कमजोर हो गया है। वह दर्द और कमजोरी से जूझती रहती है। वह ठीक से सो भी नहीं पाती या दूध भी नहीं पी पाती। उसे इस हालत में देखना हमारे लिए असहनीय हो गया है। उसकी मासूम मुस्कान और छोटे-छोटे पल अब डर और चिंता के साए में दब गए हैं। हर गुजरता पल ऐसा लगता है जैसे समय हमारे हाथ से फिसल रहा हो।

डॉक्टरों ने हमें चेतावनी दी है कि अगर ट्रांसप्लांट में देरी हुई तो स्थिति और खराब हो सकती है या फिर जानलेवा साबित हो सकती है। वे उसकी हालत को स्थिर रखने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं लेकिन सर्जरी के लिए समय बहुत कम बचा है। इस प्रक्रिया में कई टेस्ट्स, पोस्ट-ऑपरेटिव केयर और महंगी दवाइयाँ शामिल हैं जो इसे बेहद खर्चीला बना देती हैं।

हम पहले ही ₹5 लाख खर्च कर चुके हैं जिससे हमारी सारी सेविंग्स खत्म हो चुकी हैं और हमने दोस्तों व रिश्तेदारों से कर्ज लिया हुआ है। लेकिन इतनी बड़ी रकम जुटाना हमारे बस से बाहर हो चुका है। हमने अपनी तरफ से हर संभव कोशिश की लेकिन अब हमें आपकी मदद की जरूरत है। "हमने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी लेकिन यह रकम हमारी पहुंच से बाहर है।"
