My name is Shailesh Panwar. I work as a design engineer at Yamaha Motors in Greater Noida, and I am the sole earning member in a six-member family consisting of my wife, two children, and elderly parents. Today, I am reaching out to you with a father’s most desperate appeal to save my beloved son, Vedant, who is battling life-threatening B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi.
Vedant was first diagnosed in November 2024. For nearly ten agonizing months, our little warrior fought through painful procedures until he successfully completed his initial treatment cycle in August 2025. Just when we began to believe the nightmare was behind us, the cancer aggressively relapsed after seven months. His condition is now far more severe than before. Multiple rounds of chemotherapy and targeted immunotherapies have failed to bring him into remission, leaving an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and intensive preparatory bridge therapies as his only hope for survival.
Over the course of this long fight, our family has completely exhausted all our life savings and taken on crippling loans amounting to nearly ₹64 to ₹70 Lakhs. With Vedant's grandfather also bedridden due to paralysis, our household is drowning under extreme emotional and financial distress.
The doctors have estimated an additional ₹50,00,000 (50 Lakhs) for the necessary pre-transplant therapies, the BMT procedure, and post-transplant critical care. As the sole provider, I have reached a complete financial dead end and simply have nowhere left to turn.
I cannot bear the agony of watching my innocent son lose his fight against blood cancer because I cannot afford his medical bills. I humbly beg every kind soul to stand with my family in this dark hour. Every single donation, no matter how small, directly funds Vedant’s life-saving transplant. The goal amount of the campaign may be higher than the attached estimates to address and aid the post-hospitalization expenses/contingencies including but not limited to prolonged medication, diagnostics, rehabilitation therapies, and follow-up doctor visits/consultations which vary from disease to disease.
