“Being the pillar of my family, I have always prayed for their happiness. To them, I am their world, and they are mine. We were living like any normal, happy family, taking care of one another and guiding each other through life’s ups and downs.
However, life took an unexpected turn. What followed were repeated hospital visits, constant weakness, severe symptoms, and a desperate search for support to overcome this painful phase of life.”

What troubles Nitin Mukesh?
42-year-old Nitin Mukesh from Bengaluru is currently battling Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 5), the most severe stage of kidney failure. His kidneys have almost completely stopped functioning, leaving him in a critical condition.
Along with kidney failure, Nitin is also suffering from severe infections and fluid accumulation in his lungs, which makes breathing extremely difficult. He experiences extreme weakness, breathlessness, swelling in the body, high blood pressure, low urine output, leg pain, fever, and sudden weight fluctuations due to fluid retention.
Just a couple of months ago, Nitin was a hardworking man supporting his family and living a normal life. Today, he is dependent on regular dialysis to survive and is fighting every day to stay strong for his loved ones.
What treatment does Nitin Mukesh require?
Doctors have advised alternate-day dialysis, continuous infection treatment, blood pressure management, oxygen support, and strict medical supervision.
Due to the severity of Stage 5 kidney failure, doctors have recommended that Nitin will require continuous dialysis and an urgent kidney transplant for long-term recovery and to live a normal life again.
However, this treatment is extremely expensive and long-term, and without timely care, his condition can become life-threatening.
A family struggling to save their loved one
Nitin lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with his spouse and children, who depend on him. As the primary earning member of the family, his illness has completely disrupted their financial stability.
His family has already done everything possible to continue his treatment. They have exhausted their savings, taken loans, and even sold or pledged their gold jewellery to pay hospital bills.
So far, around ₹30 lakhs have already been spent on hospitalisation, ICU care, dialysis, and medicines. But Nitin’s treatment is far from over.
Doctors estimate that another ₹35–40 lakhs will be required for ongoing dialysis, a life-saving kidney transplant, and further medical care.
Without support, it is becoming impossible for his family to manage these overwhelming expenses.
“I never imagined I would have to ask for help like this. I have always worked hard to provide for my family. Today, I just want a chance to recover, return to work, and take care of them again.
Your support can help me continue dialysis, fight infections, and undergo the kidney transplant that could save my life.” — Nitin Mukesh
