My name is Syed Zayd, and I am reaching out with a humble request to help my beloved grandfather, Syed Hameed, who is currently battling severe health complications. He is a heart patient and has been living with diabetes for many years. Recently, his condition worsened due to an infection in his left toe, which unfortunately led to an amputation surgery to prevent the infection from spreading further.
He is currently undergoing treatment at Sundaram Medical Foundation Dr. Rangarajan Memorial Hospital, Chennai, where the doctors are doing their best to stabilize his health and prevent further complications. The surgery and ongoing medical care have been physically and emotionally exhausting for our family.
So far, we have already spent Rs. 1,20,000 on hospital bills, surgery, medications, and other medical expenses. However, his treatment is still ongoing, and we require an additional Rs. 1,00,000 to continue the necessary care, medications, and follow-up procedures.
Unfortunately, due to our financial situation, we are unable to arrange such a huge amount in a short time.
My grandfather has always been the pillar of our family — kind, caring, and supportive to everyone around him. Seeing him in this condition is heartbreaking for us. We are doing everything we can, but we cannot do this alone.

அவர் தற்போது சென்னை உள்ள Sundaram Medical Foundation Dr. Rangarajan Memorial Hospital மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருகிறார்.
மருத்துவர்கள் அவரின் உடல்நிலையை நிலைப்படுத்தவும், மேலும் சிக்கல்கள் ஏற்படாமல் தடுக்கவும் முழு முயற்சி மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர். இந்த அறுவை சிகிச்சையும் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறும் சிகிச்சையும் எங்கள் குடும்பத்திற்கு உடல் ரீதியாகவும் மன ரீதியாகவும் மிகுந்த சோர்வை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
இதுவரை மருத்துவமனை கட்டணம், அறுவை சிகிச்சை, மருந்துகள் மற்றும் பிற செலவுகளுக்காக ரூ.1,20,000 செலவிட்டுள்ளோம். ஆனால், தொடர்ந்து சிகிச்சை, மருந்துகள் மற்றும் பின்தொடர்பு பரிசோதனைகளுக்காக மேலும் ரூ.1,00,000 தேவைப்படுகிறது.

The goal amount of the campaign may be higher than the attached estimates to address and aid the post-hospitalization expenses/contingencies including but not limited to prolonged medication, diagnostics, rehabilitation therapies, and follow-up doctor visits/consultations which vary from disease to disease.
