I still remember the day our lives changed forever. Sharvani was just one and a half years old when she suddenly suffered bleeding inside her brain. She had seizures, lost consciousness, and within hours, we were told she had a rare bleeding disorder. Watching my little daughter fight for her life was something no parent should ever have to experience. Since then, hospitals have become a part of our lives. She underwent a major brain surgery in December 2025, followed by a cranioplasty in March 2026. Just when we believed the worst was behind us, we were hit with another nightmare. In May 2026, the surgical site started leaking, and she had to undergo an emergency surgery once again. In just six months, my little girl has gone through three brain surgeries, pain that even an adult would struggle to bear.

Today, Sharvani is finally back home, but our battle is far from over. After her last surgery on 5th June, she developed further complications and had to be admitted twice again for additional procedures. She now has a swelling on her head caused by a cerebrospinal fluid leak, and every day we live with the fear that it could worsen. The doctors are trying to control it with medicines, regular dressing changes, and close monitoring, but if the swelling increases, she may need yet another surgery. She has been advised to stay on medicines for at least a year, along with frequent hospital visits.
