Every father wants to protect his child from pain. I never imagined there would come a day when I would have to watch my 15-year-old daughter fight for her life instead.

Sadiya should be worrying about school, laughing with her friends, and dreaming about her future. Instead, she has spent her life battling Thalassemia Major, enduring hospital visits, painful treatments, and chemotherapy with a courage that leaves me speechless.

Doctors have now given us hope. They say a Bone Marrow Transplant can free her from this disease. By God's blessing, I am a perfect match and will be donating my bone marrow to my daughter. As a father, there is nothing I wouldn't give to save her. But while I can give her my bone marrow, I cannot afford the cost of the transplant.

I work as a daily-wage electrician, and every rupee I earn goes toward keeping my family afloat. We have already spent nearly ₹20 lakh on her treatment. Our savings are gone, and we have exhausted every possible source of support. Yet the most important step in her treatment still lies ahead.

Even after chemotherapy, Sadiya tells me she wants to recover, return to school, and live a normal life like every other child. Hearing those simple dreams breaks my heart because I don't know how to make them come true on my own.
