“My daughter's biggest dream is to walk on her own. As her father, I will never stop fighting for that day.” - Manogeorge Radhakrishnan, father.

Most parents dream of watching their child take their first steps. My dream is much simpler, I just want my daughter to stand on her own.
My little Praveena is 5 years old and is battling Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 2, a rare genetic disorder that weakens her muscles and affects her ability to move independently.

When she was younger, we learned that she had SMA. As parents, hearing those words was heartbreaking. We knew our daughter would face challenges that most children never have to think about.
Praveena received Zolgensma when she was 2 years old, and we are grateful for the progress she has made. Today, she can stand with support. But standing independently, maintaining balance, and walking remain difficult for her.
Every day, she undergoes physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises. Doctors have also prescribed Risdiplam, a medication she needs continuously to maintain her strength and mobility. Missing treatment could affect the progress she has worked so hard to achieve.

Despite everything, Praveena never stops trying. She smiles, practices her exercises, and dreams of doing the things other children do so easily.
As her father, my heart breaks when I see her struggle. Yet I hold on to hope. My biggest dream is to see my daughter stand, walk, and live independently one day.

We have already spent nearly ₹20 lakhs on her treatment and care. Today, we need your support to continue her medication and physiotherapy.
Please help Praveena keep moving toward her dream. Your donation and your share can help my little girl take one step closer to independence.
