Pranavshree is battling HLH, a rare and life-threatening genetic disorder. What began with persistent fever and weakness has turned into months of hospital stays, painful treatments, and uncertainty. He has already endured 13 cycles of chemotherapy, and despite everything he has been through, he has never stopped believing that he will recover.
Doctors have told us that a bone marrow transplant is now his only chance to survive. It is the one treatment that can give him the opportunity to return to college and rebuild his future
