"Battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Please Help Save My Mother-in-Law Nama Sridevi"
I am Ramya Krishna, and I am reaching out to you with hope in my heart.
A devastating medical crisis can shatter a family’s peace in an instant. Our world was turned upside down when my beloved mother-in-law, Nama Sridevi, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML)—an aggressive and life-threatening blood cancer.
She was initially admitted in critical condition, suffering from severe weakness, high fever, extreme fatigue, sudden weight loss, and dangerously low blood counts. Over the course of her treatment, she has endured painful procedures including a bone marrow biopsy, multiple blood and platelet transfusions, intensive antibiotic therapy, continuous oxygen support, and targeted chemotherapy with Azacitidine and Venetoclax.
Thanks to her sheer resilience and immediate medical care, her condition was temporarily stabilised. However, to permanently beat this aggressive cancer, her medical team at Citizens Speciality Hospital, Hyderabad, has stated that she urgently requires an intensive treatment plan culminating in a Haploidentical Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
Her complete line of treatment includes:
Chemotherapy & Support: Triplet Chemotherapy (Azacitidine + Venetoclax + LDAC), continuous blood product support, and targeted antibiotic and antifungal therapies.
Transplant Care: Pre-transplant workup, total body irradiation, conditioning regimen, stem cell apheresis, transplantation, and extensive post-transplant ICU/supportive care.
So far, our family has fought with everything we have and exhausted our savings and are doing everything possible to continue her treatment, but the financial burden has become overwhelming.
The remaining total cost for her ongoing chemotherapy, specialised hospital care, and life-saving Bone Marrow Transplant is ₹45,00,000—an astronomical amount that we simply cannot afford on our own.
My mother-in-law, Sridevi, is a pillar of warmth and love in our family, and we cannot bear the thought of losing her to a lack of funds when a life-saving transplant is within reach.
Today, we are turning to kind-hearted people like you.
Every single contribution, no matter how small, directly funds her chemotherapy and transplant procedure. If you cannot donate, please share her story with your friends, family, and social networks. We are deeply grateful for every donation, every prayer, every message of encouragement, and every act of kindness.
Thank you for standing beside our family during one of the most challenging times of our lives.
With sincere gratitude,
Ramya Krishna & Family
