Just a few months ago, my wife, Madhumita, filled our home with warmth and laughter. Every morning began with her getting our four-year-old son ready for school, making sure he smiled before stepping out the door. Today, that little boy keeps asking the same heartbreaking question, "When will Mama be okay?"

Madhumita has been diagnosed with a rare retroperitoneal paraganglioma, a complex tumour that has turned our lives upside down. She now lives under constant medical supervision while preparing for a series of high-risk procedures, including embolisation and major surgery.

As her husband, watching her endure this pain has been the hardest part. She worries about our son, whether he's eating well, studying, and smiling often.
