A Brother’s Humble Appeal

My name is Gladson Dsilva, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for help during a very difficult time in our lives. I am raising funds for my beloved brother, Glanner Dsilva, who has been diagnosed with Blood Cancer since 2nd February 2026. Our family has been going through an emotional and financial struggle as we try our best to help him fight this life-threatening illness.

About His Treatment

Glanner is currently undergoing treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital, Homi Bhabha Building, Parel East, Mumbai, one of the leading cancer treatment centers in the country. The doctors have advised chemotherapy as the primary course of treatment. Depending on his response to chemotherapy, they may also recommend immunotherapy as the next step to improve his chances of recovery. These treatments are complex, lengthy, and require constant medical care and monitoring.

Financial Challenges

So far, our family has already spent around ₹1,50,000 on medical tests, hospital visits, medicines, and initial treatment. However, the doctors have informed us that the remaining treatment will cost approximately ₹6,00,000 more. For our family, arranging such a large amount has become extremely difficult.

ग्लैनर इस समय टाटा मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल, होमी भाभा बिल्डिंग, परेल ईस्ट, मुंबई में इलाज करा रहे हैं, जो देश के प्रमुख कैंसर उपचार केंद्रों में से एक है। डॉक्टरों ने उनके इलाज के लिए कीमोथेरेपी को मुख्य उपचार के रूप में शुरू करने की सलाह दी है। कीमोथेरेपी के परिणाम के आधार पर डॉक्टर आगे इम्यूनोथेरेपी भी सुझा सकते हैं, जिससे उनके ठीक होने की संभावना बढ़ सके। यह उपचार लंबा और जटिल है तथा इसके लिए लगातार चिकित्सा देखभाल और निगरानी की आवश्यकता होती है।

आर्थिक कठिनाइयाँ

अब तक हमारा परिवार उनके मेडिकल टेस्ट, अस्पताल के खर्च, दवाइयों और शुरुआती इलाज पर लगभग ₹1,50,000 खर्च कर चुका है। लेकिन डॉक्टरों के अनुसार आगे के इलाज के लिए लगभग ₹6,00,000 और की आवश्यकता होगी। हमारे परिवार के लिए इतनी बड़ी राशि का इंतज़ाम करना बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है।
