I have known Siddharth for years, and it is heartbreaking to see someone who was once active, hardworking, and always ready to help others now fighting for his life in an ICU. Everything changed suddenly on 27 April 2026 when Siddharth suffered a severe medical emergency. He was diagnosed with encephalopathy, a brain haemorrhage, multiple strokes, acute kidney injury requiring dialysis, and suspected viral myositis. Today, he is battling reduced consciousness, seizure-like episodes, respiratory distress, and severe neurological complications. As his colleagues, it is difficult to accept that a person we saw every day at work is now dependent on a ventilator, unable to communicate, and surrounded by machines that are keeping him alive.

Siddharth is currently in critical condition and needs uninterrupted intensive treatment to survive. He has undergone Plasma Exchange (PLEX) and IVIG therapy and continues to receive hemodialysis, ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and constant monitoring from multiple specialists. Despite the doctors doing everything possible, his condition remains serious, and his family is going through an unimaginably difficult time.

सिद्धार्थ की हालत अभी बहुत गंभीर है और उन्हें ज़िंदा रहने के लिए लगातार गहन इलाज की ज़रूरत है। उनका प्लाज़्मा एक्सचेंज (PLEX) और IVIG थेरेपी हो चुका है और उन्हें अभी भी हीमोडायलिसिस, वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट, ट्रेकियोस्टोमी केयर और कई स्पेशलिस्ट की लगातार निगरानी मिल रही है। डॉक्टरों की हर संभव कोशिश के बावजूद, उनकी हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है और उनका परिवार बहुत मुश्किल दौर से गुज़र रहा है।

फिर भी, हम उम्मीद बनाए हुए हैं क्योंकि सिद्धार्थ का एकमात्र सपना है - ठीक होना, अपनी आज़ादी वापस पाना, अपनी सामान्य ज़िंदगी में लौटना और अपने प्रियजनों के साथ फिर से कीमती समय बिताना। उनके साथियों और दोस्तों के तौर पर, हम उनके साथ खड़े हैं और सभी से विनम्रतापूर्वक अपील करते हैं कि वे आगे आएँ और ज़िंदगी के लिए उनकी लड़ाई में मदद करें।
