On 31st December 2025, my 22-year-old son, Rahul Parihar, met with a horrific road accident that left him with a severe head injury and multiple life-threatening injuries. One moment, he was on his way home with dreams for the future, and the next, he was lying unconscious in the ICU, fighting for his life. Those days were filled with fear, uncertainty, and countless prayers as we waited outside the hospital, hoping our son would open his eyes again.
Before this tragedy, Rahul had almost completed his M.Sc., with only a few exams remaining. He had recently started his first job and was working hard while preparing for government exams, determined to build a secure future for himself and our family. Today, he has been shifted from the ICU to the general ward, but his recovery is still a long and difficult journey.
As his father, it is heartbreaking to see my eldest son struggle through each day when he should have been chasing his dreams.
We are doing everything possible to continue his treatment, but the medical bills have piled up to lakhs, and we have exhausted all our financial resources.

इस हादसे से पहले, राहुल ने लगभग अपनी M.Sc. पूरी कर ली थी, बस कुछ ही परीक्षाएँ बाकी थीं। उसने हाल ही में अपनी पहली नौकरी शुरू की थी और सरकारी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के साथ-साथ कड़ी मेहनत कर रहा था, ताकि वह अपने और हमारे परिवार के लिए एक सुरक्षित भविष्य बना सके। आज, उसे ICU से जनरल वार्ड में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया है, लेकिन उसका ठीक होना अभी भी एक लंबा और मुश्किल सफ़र है।
एक पिता के तौर पर, यह देखना बहुत दुखद है कि मेरा सबसे बड़ा बेटा हर दिन संघर्ष कर रहा है, जबकि उसे अपने सपनों को पूरा करने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए थी।
