My name is Pallavi Pawar, and I am 27 years old. Just a few months after marrying the love of my life on 6th February 2026, my life changed in ways I never imagined. What should have been the happiest time of my life became a painful fight for survival when I was diagnosed with High-Risk Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML), an aggressive form of blood cancer, on 25th June 2026.

I am currently undergoing treatment at Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. I have completed my first cycle of chemotherapy, but my doctors have told me that an urgent bone marrow transplant is now my only hope for a healthy future. My brother, Prateek Pawar, has selflessly come forward to donate his bone marrow, giving me hope and strength to keep fighting.

My family has already spent ₹8,34,513 on chemotherapy, medicines, blood transfusions, and hospital expenses. However, the total cost of my treatment, including the bone marrow transplant and post-transplant care, is expected to be ₹18,00,000. This is far beyond what we can afford, and we are running out of options.

Today, I am not asking for anything except a chance to live. I dream of recovering, returning to my family, and living the life that had only just begun. With folded hands, I humbly request that you support my treatment with any contribution you can make.
