My name is Nikhil Kumar Das Mohapatra, and I am reaching out with folded hands to seek your support as I battle Stage IV Lung Cancer (Adenocarcinoma). The cancer has aggressively spread to my brain, liver, bone marrow, both pelvic bones, both femurs, left scapula, left humerus, and lungs, making this one of the most difficult battles of my life.
I am currently undergoing intensive treatment, and while my doctors are doing everything they can to help me, the financial burden has become overwhelming. So far, my family and I have already spent more than ₹4,00,000 on hospital bills, diagnostic tests, medicines, and treatment. However, to continue my life-saving care, I urgently need more than ₹50,00,000, an amount that is far beyond what we can afford.
This unexpected diagnosis has changed my life completely. My family has exhausted our savings and is doing everything possible to keep my treatment going, but we cannot continue this journey alone.

ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମୁଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ନେଉଛି। ଡାକ୍ତରମାନେ ମୋତେ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ଭବ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଚିକିତ୍ସାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଆମ ପରିବାର ପାଇଁ ଅସହ୍ୟ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି। ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆମେ ₹4,00,000ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିସାରିଛୁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଗାମୀ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ₹50,00,000ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ, ଯାହା ଆମ ପରିବାର ପାଇଁ ବହନ କରିବା ସମ୍ଭବ ନୁହେଁ।
ଏହି ଅପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଶିତ ରୋଗ ମୋର ସମଗ୍ର ଜୀବନକୁ ବଦଳାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ମୋର ପରିବାର ଆମ ସମସ୍ତ ସଞ୍ଚୟ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିସାରିଛି ଏବଂ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଜାରି ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ଭବ ସବୁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହି ଲଢ଼େଇକୁ ଆମେ ଏକା ଲଢ଼ିପାରିବୁ ନାହିଁ।
ଆଜି ମୁଁ ବିନମ୍ରତାର ସହ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗ ଓ ଦୟାର ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି। ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଛୋଟ କିମ୍ବା ବଡ଼ ଯେକୌଣସି ଦାନ ମୋର ଚିକିତ୍ସାକୁ ଜାରି ରଖିବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବ ଏବଂ ମୋତେ ଏହି ରୋଗ ସହ ଲଢ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଆଶା ଦେବ।
