My name is Beegudem Shivakumar Goud, and I am reaching out with a broken heart to seek urgent help for my beloved father, Beegudem Srinivas Goud, who is critically ill and fighting for his life at PACE Hospitals, HITEC City, Hyderabad.

My father has been diagnosed with Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease (DCLD) along with multiple life-threatening complications including portal hypertension, ascites, sepsis, septic shock with multiple organ dysfunction (MODS), acute kidney injury (AKI), and hepatic encephalopathy. His condition is extremely critical, and he is currently in the ICU on continuous dialysis, ventilator support, and high-end antibiotics.

Watching my father battle for every breath is the most painful experience of my life. He has always been our strength, our protector, and our guide. Seeing him lie helpless in an ICU bed while machines keep him alive is something no son should have to witness.

The total estimated cost of his treatment is ₹25,25,000. We have already spent ₹20,00,000, exhausting all our savings and resources. but we are completely drained financially.
