Help My Mother Anju Ahuja Recover From a Life-Threatening Accident

My name is Khushal Ahuja, and I’m reaching out with deep pain and hope in my heart to ask for your support in saving the most important person in my life — my mother, Anju Ahuja. On 22nd June 2025, our lives were shattered when she met with a serious accident that left her with major pelvic and spine fractures. Since that day, every moment has been a battle for survival, strength, and hope.

She was initially rushed to Kailash Hospital, Noida, where she remained in the ICU for 5 days, unconscious and in critical condition. Watching her lie helpless, hooked to machines, was the most painful experience of my life. As her condition stabilized, she was referred to AIIMS Delhi, where doctors have recommended urgent pelvic and spine surgery to help her regain mobility and avoid permanent disability.

Despite her resilience, the road to recovery is long and filled with pain. My mother is currently on heavy medications and is in urgent need of this surgery to survive and heal. Without it, her condition could worsen drastically — and she may never walk again.

We have already spent ₹2,50,000, exhausting all our savings and borrowing from every possible source. But the treatment is expected to cost ₹ 3,00,000 which is far beyond what we can afford.

As a son, I feel helpless — I want to do everything to save her, but we are financially broken.

उन्हें तुरंत कैलाश अस्पताल, नोएडा में भर्ती कराया गया, जहाँ वे 5 दिनों तक ICU में बेहोश रहीं। उन्हें इस हाल में देखना, मशीनों से जुड़ी हुई, मेरी ज़िंदगी का सबसे तकलीफ़देह अनुभव था। जब हालत थोड़ी स्थिर हुई, तब उन्हें AIIMS दिल्ली रेफर किया गया, जहाँ डॉक्टरों ने तुरंत रीढ़ और पेल्विस की सर्जरी की सलाह दी — जिससे वे दोबारा चल-फिर सकें और स्थायी विकलांगता से बच सकें।

हालाँकि मेरी माँ बहुत मजबूत हैं, पर ये राह बेहद मुश्किल है। वो इस समय भारी दवाइयों पर हैं और उन्हें जल्द से जल्द यह सर्जरी करवानी होगी। अगर इलाज नहीं हो पाया, तो स्थिति और भी गंभीर हो सकती है — और शायद वे कभी चल भी न सकें।

हम अब तक ₹2,50,000 खर्च कर चुके हैं — अपनी सारी जमा-पूँजी और उधार लेकर। लेकिन इलाज के लिए अभी और ₹3 लाखकी ज़रूरत है, जो हमारे लिए मुमकिन नहीं है।

एक बेटे के तौर पर मैं टूट चुका हूँ — मैं अपनी माँ को बचाना चाहता हूँ, पर आर्थिक रूप से बिल्कुल असहाय महसूस कर रहा हूँ।
