My father, Ajay Kumar, is 58 years old — a retired, humble, and kind-hearted man who has spent his entire life making sure his family is safe, secure, and loved. He’s the reason our family stands strong today. But now, he is facing the most painful and challenging time of his life — battling multiple health complications and a critical hip fracture that has left him bedridden.

It all began on June 25, 2025, when he started complaining of fatigue and severe pain. What seemed like minor discomfort quickly turned into a nightmare. Multiple tests revealed he is suffering from chronic kidney disease, liver issues, and a serious fracture between his hip and leg bones. These conditions together have made him extremely weak, immobile, and in constant pain.

He is currently undergoing regular dialysis for kidney and liver support at ClearMedi Healthcare in Kharar, Punjab, while also being treated for the fracture. However, the fracture has made daily life unbearable for him. The doctors have said that hip fracture surgery is absolutely critical and urgent, or he may permanently lose his ability to walk — or worse, his life could be at risk due to further complications.

We have already spent ₹3.5 lakhs on hospital stays, medications, and dialysis. As a retired man, my father has no steady source of income. Our family has exhausted all savings, taken loans, and done everything possible to support him, but we now need ₹5 lakhs to cover the cost of the hip fracture surgery, post-operative care, rehabilitation, and ongoing medical support.

यह सब 25 जून 2025 को शुरू हुआ, जब उन्हें थकान और तेज़ दर्द की शिकायत हुई। जो हमने शुरू में मामूली तकलीफ़ समझी थी, वो जल्द ही एक बुरे सपने में बदल गई। कई परीक्षणों के बाद यह सामने आया कि वे क्रॉनिक किडनी डिज़ीज, लीवर की समस्याएं, और कूल्हे और पैर की हड्डियों के बीच गंभीर फ्रैक्चर से जूझ रहे हैं। ये सारी समस्याएं मिलकर उन्हें बहुत कमज़ोर और चलने-फिरने में असमर्थ बना चुकी हैं।

इस समय वे ClearMedi Healthcare, खरड़ (पंजाब) में नियमित डायलिसिस पर हैं, साथ ही फ्रैक्चर का इलाज भी चल रहा है। लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने साफ कहा है कि हिप फ्रैक्चर सर्जरी बहुत ज़रूरी और तुरंत किए जाने योग्य है — नहीं तो वे हमेशा के लिए चलने की क्षमता खो सकते हैं, और गंभीर जटिलताएं उनके जीवन के लिए भी ख़तरा बन सकती हैं।

अब तक हमने उनकी देखभाल, दवाइयों और अस्पताल के खर्चों पर ₹3.5 लाख से अधिक खर्च कर दिए हैं। एक रिटायर्ड व्यक्ति होने के कारण उनके पास कोई स्थायी आय नहीं है। हमने अपनी बचत ख़त्म कर दी है, कर्ज़ लिया है, और हर संभव प्रयास किया है — लेकिन अब हमें ₹5 लाख की ज़रूरत है ताकि उनकी सर्जरी, उपचार के बाद की देखभाल और बाकी मेडिकल सपोर्ट को जारी रखा जा सके।
