My name is Pawan Tiwari, and I am reaching out with deep hope and urgency to raise funds for my younger brother, Manish Tiwari, who is bravely battling liver failure. He is currently undergoing treatment at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, and doctors have advised an immediate liver transplant to save his life.
We have already done everything we can—selling assets, borrowing from friends, and pooling together all of our resources. But the treatment is estimated to cost ₹17,00,000, and despite our efforts, we are still far from reaching this amount.
Watching my brother’s health decline each day is unbearable. He is just 32, full of dreams, and always the one who stood by our family in times of need. Today, he is the one who needs help, and we are helpless without your support.
