"My 2 year old daughter was playing in my arms just days before they told me she might not survive."

My daughter Yashika is just 2 years old. But she has blood cancer, and without treatment, we might lose her forever.
She was a joyful, active child with no signs of illness. Just the usual fevers and colds. But slowly, we noticed something wasn’t right. She stopped gaining weight, her energy faded, and she began falling sick more often.

We went from one hospital to another. Each time, we were told she was fine. But a mother knows when something is wrong. I took her to another hospital. That’s where our world changed forever. The doctors said she needs to be tested for blood cancer. I prayed they were wrong. But when the final report came, the word "cancer" shattered us. I fainted. I couldn’t eat for days. I couldn’t even speak. My daughter, so tiny and full of life, was suddenly fighting something we could not understand.
We’ve sold everything we had. My jewellery, my husband’s bike, even the Thali I wore since marriage. My husband, a daily wage worker, stopped working to stay by our daughter’s side. Our son is back in the village, asking every day why his mother left him, not knowing we are fighting to save his little sister’s life.

Doctors say Yashika’s cancer is treatable. But her treatment will take at least six months of intensive care, followed by three years of maintenance therapy. It will cost over ₹20 lakhs. We have managed a few lakhs with help, but now we have nothing left.
But today, I am reaching out not just for support, but for a chance to save my daughter’s life. Please help us continue her treatment. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to taking our daughter home healthy and safe.

Please share this story, support us if you can, and stand with us in this fight.
Your kindness can give Yashika the life every child deserves.
