My name is Arun, and I am the father of a 2-year-7-month-old boy, Arjith. He has been diagnosed with a rare and life-threatening condition called X-linked Hyper IgM Syndrome with neutropenia. This is a severe combined immunodeficiency disorder that makes him vulnerable to recurrent infections, and his only chance of survival is a bone marrow transplant.

Arjith is currently under the care of the Pediatric Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology Division. As part of his ongoing treatment, he requires monthly intravenous immunoglobulin injections and constant medical monitoring. Despite all this, his condition continues to put him at risk every single day, and the doctors have strongly recommended an urgent hematopoietic stem cell transplant (bone marrow transplant).

Unfortunately, Arjith does not have a matched family donor, which means he will need a haploidentical bone marrow transplant. The cost of this procedure, along with hospitalization, medications, and post-transplant care, is estimated at Rs. 30,00,000 (30 lakhs). This amount is far beyond what we can afford as a family. We have already spent everything we had on his ongoing treatments, but without your help, we cannot raise the funds needed for this life-saving transplant.
