The sudden accident has turned our entire world upside down. My brother, who was full of life and dreams, is now on life support, battling unimaginable pain. Watching him lie unconscious day after day has been heartbreaking for all of us. The doctors are doing everything they can, but the road to recovery is long and extremely expensive.
