Four-month-old Shreyansh was a cheerful, healthy baby until suddenly everything changed. His family first noticed that he had a persistent fever and difficulty breathing. What they assumed to be a simple illness quickly turned into a nightmare. On 18th October 2025, doctors revealed that he was suffering from a dangerous immune disorder, suspected Primary Immunomodulation with Chronic Granulomatous Disease, combined with bronchopneumonia and sepsis, an uncommon disease causing severe immune weakness and lung infection.

His tiny body was fighting infections that he had no strength to battle on his own. He was rushed to the PICU, where he remains under constant monitoring.
His five-year-old sister, who adored him deeply, still does not understand why her little brother cannot come home. She sits beside his empty cradle and asks, “Why isn’t he waking up? Why isn’t he answering me?” She had planned to celebrate Bhai Dooj with him, but instead, she keeps looking at his photographs, waiting for him to smile at her again.

Doctors have told the family that Shreyansh needs surgery and prolonged treatment to survive. But his father works as a helper in a sugarcane factory and earns only ₹10,000 a month. With this limited income, the family can barely manage their basic expenses, let alone afford the massive cost of critical care. His mother spends her days in the hospital, silently watching machines breathe for him, hoping every moment that he will open his eyes and recognise her voice.

Each day in the PICU adds to their growing fear. The infection threatens to spread, and the baby’s fragile immune system cannot fight without timely medical support. His father has borrowed whatever he could, but it is not even close to what is required. They have no savings, no property, and no way to gather the amount on their own.

This family is fighting with everything they have, but they cannot save Shreyansh alone. Your help can give him the treatment he urgently needs.
Even the smallest contribution can bring him one step closer to life and back into his sister’s arms. Help Him Breathe. Donate now!

Dear Donors,
Shreyansh Abhishek Kasar’s health condition is currently not stable. The doctors have advised that Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) is urgently required for his treatment. To begin the BMT process, immediate financial support is needed. The cost of the BMT procedure and associated medical care is extremely high, and the family is facing severe financial challenges. At this critical time, we humbly request your urgent help, support, and prayers to arrange the necessary funds and start the life-saving treatment without delay. Your support can make a life-saving difference and give Shreyansh a chance to recover.
