Dear kind Supporters,

My name is Sai Kishore Ganthala, and I’m here with a heartfelt plea to save my brother, Sai Kiran (29).

He has been in the ICU at AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad for the past 40 days, battling Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis a severe, life-threatening condition.

🏥 His Critical Condition:

• On ventilator since June 15 (tracheostomy done on June 28)

• Still unresponsive and fighting multiple complications:

• Pneumonia

• Acute kidney injury

• Paralytic ileus (intestinal paralysis)

• Multiple infected fluid collections

• Unable to eat — surviving only on IV nutrition (TPN)

Daily ICU care, advanced imaging, and life support are keeping him alive at a cost of ₹1,00,000 per day.

💔 A Pregnant Wife Waiting at Home:

Sai Kiran’s wife is 6 months pregnant.

She’s facing this unimaginable trauma alone carrying their first child while praying every day that he survives to hold their baby.

He had dreams of fatherhood: holding his newborn, teaching them to walk, and watching every milestone. Now, we fear he may not even live to see his child.

Sai Kiran has always helped others feeding the homeless, celebrating his birthdays at orphanages. Today, he lies helpless in a hospital bed.Two years ago, he used his own money to buy and distribute food to the homeless in Hyderabad. He celebrated his birthdays at orphanages, bringing meals and joy to children who had no one.

The goal amount of the campaign may be higher than the attached estimates to address and aid the post-hospitalization expenses/contingencies including but not limited to prolonged medication, diagnostics, rehabilitation therapies, and follow-up doctor visits/consultations which vary from disease to disease.

Impact Guru does not influence / control the decision of the campaigner / patient with respect to choice of hospital / doctor / healthcare treatment or the cost / estimate of any such treatment. Such decision is in entirety of campaigner / patient / beneficiary and / or their family members without any interference and / or say of Impact Guru. Impact Guru is absolved of any liability in respect thereof.

TREATMENT COST ESTIMATES
Impact Guru has no control over the cost estimates provided by hospitals / clinics / pharmaceutical companies etc. The cost estimates vary depending on the city and / or hospital where the patient is under treatment, professional fees of the treating doctors, drugs / medicines / therapies chosen for treatment by patient or patient’s family at their own discretion including but not limited to unique medical conditions / circumstances pertaining to each patient.

UTILIZATION OF FUNDS
In the rare scenario of surplus funds remaining within the fundraising campaign due to any of the following circumstances: i) Completion of the Patient's treatment; ii) Receipt of requisite funding for the Patient from alternative sources; iii) Eligibility of the Patient for free treatment under any scheme or the receipt of free treatment by other means; iv) Demise of the Patient; v) Fulfilment of the fundraising campaign's objectives; vi) Termination of the fundraising campaign for any reason; vii) Reduction in the cost of the treatment,
Impact Guru shall have the discretion to use such surplus funds to allocate to i) other patients on Impact Guru for their life-saving treatment and/or donors to provide health benefits with object to maximize social impact; and/or ii) donors of the fundraising campaign at the sole discretion of Impact Guru may be offered the option to claim a pro-rata refund of surplus funds.

PATIENT DEATH UPDATE
Upon the death of the patient, the Campaigner / close relative / POC on behalf of the patient shall be duty bound to inform Impact Guru immediately within two (2) hours of such occurrence and turn off the donations tab (through the internal access granted) on the campaign on Impact Guru Platform in order to stop fundraising on the campaign. In the event Campaigner or authorised/designated POC on behalf of the patient fails to do so and campaign continues raising funds due to such non-information/non action, the Campaigner or authorised/designated POC on behalf of the patient shall be personally liable any consequences thereof; further, Impact Guru shall be disclaimed of all the liabilities occurring with respect to such post death fundraising and the such liability in entirety shall accrue on Campaigner or authorised/designated POC on behalf of the patient. In the event of death of the patient, Impact Guru’s Patient Death Policy at Terms Of Use shall apply.

Dear Donors,

Sai Kiran has been battling for his life in the ICU for over 28 days. He was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and has since developed severe complications, including pneumonia, kidney injury, and intestinal paralysis.

He is currently on mechanical ventilator support, unable to breathe on his own. Doctors have performed a tracheostomy and are continuing critical care procedures to control infection and stabilise his condition.

The cost of prolonged ICU care is extremely high, over ₹1 lakh per day. His family has exhausted all resources and is now relying on public support to continue his treatment.

Your help can give Sai Kiran a chance to survive. Please donate and share his story.

#3 (19 Jul, 2025) - From Sai Kishore Ganthala

Dear Donors,

Sai Kiran is battling multiple severe health issues. His respiratory rate remains dangerously high, and doctors have inserted a stent between his pancreas and stomach to help regulate it, as his pancreas is damaged. Despite this, he still sometimes needs oxygen support.

He also developed a blood infection and was moved to isolation for closer monitoring. A pipe was inserted to help remove internal fluid buildup. 200ml was drained recently, but more remains.

He’s been experiencing frequent fever spikes and diarrhea due to these complications.

His condition is currently stable but continues to fluctuate.

Doctors are unable to give a clear prognosis yet.
