My name is Pankaj Tiwari, and I’m here with a heartfelt plea to help my sister, Punam Kunwar, who has been diagnosed with Bile Duct Cancer just a month ago. This sudden and devastating news has left our family in shock and emotional distress. The last few weeks have been a painful journey of tests, hospital visits, and sleepless nights, trying to understand and fight this life-threatening disease.

Punam is currently undergoing treatment at RIMS Ranchi Trauma Centre and Central Emergency, Jharkhand, where a team of doctors is closely monitoring his condition. Since the diagnosis, he has undergone several procedures, and more are needed—MRI, CT scan, blood tests, and other diagnostics—to determine the exact course of treatment.

We have already spent Rs.2,00,000 on initial tests and medical consultations, exhausting all our savings. The doctors have informed us that we need at least Rs.4,00,000 more for further investigations and to begin the actual treatment plan, which may include surgery, chemotherapy, or other specialized care depending on the results.

Our family is from a humble background, and arranging such a large amount in a short time is beyond our capacity. This is why I am reaching out to kind-hearted individuals like you.

पिछले कुछ महीनों में हमने अपनी पूरी कोशिश की है कि उन्हें सही इलाज मिल सके। हम पहले ही ₹6,00,000 अस्पताल में भर्ती, डायलिसिस, दवाइयों और जांचों पर खर्च कर चुके हैं। लेकिन इलाज अभी बाकी है। डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि अगले कुछ हफ्तों के इलाज के लिए ₹5,00,000 और ज़रूरी होंगे, जिसमें डायलिसिस सत्र, दवाइयाँ और लगातार निगरानी शामिल है।

अब हम उस मोड़ पर आ चुके हैं जहाँ हमारे लिए आगे का खर्च वहन करना असंभव हो गया है। मानसिक और आर्थिक बोझ हम पर बहुत भारी पड़ चुका है। इसीलिए हम आप जैसे दयालु लोगों से मदद की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं।
