Dear Donors,
Pavitra's tumour has come down in size and the swelling has reduced. She now gets chemotherapy at the hospital, once a week. She also gets chemo injections. Once she covers another 7 such chemo cycles, she will get a test done to check if her body is ready for radiotherapy.
If you recall, Baby Pavitra's tumour is located in such a part of her throat that surgery can be fatal. Therefore, the doctors will use radiotherapy to eliminate the tumour.
