Mr Parmel Kumar, aged 38 years, from our village, met with a severe road accident and suffered a major brain haemorrhage. He has undergone emergency brain surgery and is currently on ventilator support at GK Super Speciality Hospital, Charkhi Dadri. His condition is critical and requires continued intensive care and another brain surgery for survival.
Tragically, Parmil lost his father 10 years ago and is the only earning member of his family, which includes his widowed mother, wife, and two young school-going children. His sudden accident has left the entire family shattered — emotionally and financially.
To make matters worse, the hospital where he is being treated is not covered under Ayushman Yojna for brain surgery, which means the entire cost of treatment has to be borne by the family. The total estimated expense is around ₹10,00,000, which is an unimaginable amount for them.
I, Lt Col Sunil Kumar Sharma (Retd), am personally overseeing his case as Parmil belongs to my village and community. The family is extremely poor — none of them even own a bank account — so I am coordinating all financial support on their behalf.
This is a desperate plea to all kind-hearted people — every moment counts. Your contribution, big or small, can help continue his treatment and give Parmil a fighting chance to survive.

दुख की बात है कि परमिल ने 10 साल पहले अपने पिता को खो दिया था और वह अपने परिवार का एकमात्र कमाने वाला सदस्य है, जिसमें उसकी विधवा माँ, पत्नी और दो छोटे स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चे शामिल हैं। उनकी अचानक हुई दुर्घटना ने पूरे परिवार को भावनात्मक और आर्थिक रूप से तोड़ दिया है।
इससे भी बदतर बात यह है कि जिस अस्पताल में उनका इलाज चल रहा है, वह ब्रेन सर्जरी के लिए आयुष्मान योजना के अंतर्गत कवर नहीं है, जिसका अर्थ है कि इलाज का पूरा खर्च परिवार को वहन करना होगा। कुल अनुमानित खर्च लगभग ₹10,00,000 है, जो उनके लिए एक अकल्पनीय राशि है।
मैं, लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल सुनील कुमार शर्मा (सेवानिवृत्त), व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनके मामले की देखरेख कर रहा हूँ क्योंकि परमिल मेरे गाँव और समुदाय से हैं। परिवार बेहद गरीब है - उनमें से किसी के पास बैंक खाता भी नहीं है - इसलिए मैं उनकी ओर से सभी वित्तीय सहायता का समन्वय कर रहा हूँ।
